ACUPUNCTURE

ENERGY AND WELLNESS TO MANY AREAS OF HEALTH

Acupuncture is one of the primary tools of traditional Chinese medicine. It is has been successfully used for several thousand years and is based on the principle of cultivating a free and uninterrupted flow of Qi (life force energy). With the insertion of tiny needles into specific areas of the body, a healthy flow of Qi  and blood can be restored, releasing blockages and supporting your body to heal itself.  Acupuncture can bring deep relaxation and improved energy and wellness to many areas of health. Many beneficial  physiological responses occur with acupuncture including pain management and increased speed of recovery.  As part of any acupuncture treatment session you may also receive acupressure, or tuina (Chinese massage)  in order to improve circulation and relieve discomfort.  Cupping is also offered. I will offer Chinese herbal formula and nutritional recommendations as needed.

The World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) have studied and recommend acupuncture for many conditions.

TESTIMONIALS

"I was very impressed with the acupuncture I received from Ingrid. While her medical knowledge with the acupuncture needles was more than sufficient, she also combines multiple healing techniques into one session. She is gifted with medical intuitive abilities, which enable her to 'see' the actual underlying
issues, and provide additional insight and guidance. If you're seeking any alternative medical help, I would whole-heartedly recommend her!"
